What you will do

• Own end-to-end creator partnerships, including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and long-term relationship management.
• Lead content production for TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram Reels, translating product strengths into high-performing short-form content.
• Drive creative direction by analyzing content performance to improve hooks, scripts, and storytelling.
• Collaborate with Product and User Acquisition teams to align messaging with product updates and regional growth.
• Monitor campaign performance using metrics such as CPI, ROI, and retention to optimize creator selection.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Creative Content Production.
• Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems and performance-driven user acquisition.
• Hands-on experience in content production or creative analysis with proven impact on performance.
• High proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis and building dashboards.
• Excellent English communication skills for negotiation and stakeholder presentations.
