What you will do

• Define test strategies, create plans aligned with timelines, and coordinate experimental and formal testing activities.
• Support electrical, mechanical, fluidics engineers and scientists in experiment design for prototypes and processes.
• Supervise lab testing, evaluate results, provide feedback, and guide junior team members.
• Document and analyze experimental data, translate into actionable outcomes, and communicate critical findings.
• Collaborate with analytical chemistry and pharmaceutical experts to interpret process impacts on drug purity and sterility.
• Develop formal verification processes, derive specifications from requirements, and manage activities with external partners.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Medical Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in testing or systems engineering in interdisciplinary R&D.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, lab procedures, hardware/software integration.
• Hands-on experience in test labs, ideally with automated chemical/fluidic processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with requirements management, formal documentation, and regulatory standards.
