What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of global employee lifecycle processes, ensuring quality and consistency across regions.
  • Operationalize and refine the People Operations model, standardizing processes globally while maintaining regional flexibility.
  • Oversee data integrity and governance within Workday, ensuring audit readiness and SOX compliance.
  • Drive operational efficiency through automation and the integration of AI-enabled tools.
  • Manage and coach a globally distributed team of six People Operations professionals.
  • Ensure global adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements in partnership with Legal.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in People/HR Operations, including leadership of teams in a global or multi-regional environment.
  • Advanced hands-on expertise with Workday, specifically in transaction processing and data governance.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements via automation and AI tools.
  • Experience operating within a controlled, audit-driven environment (SOX exposure preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of global and local compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Must be based in Singapore
