What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end cards product lifecycle from strategy and roadmap to delivery and optimization.
  • Develop product capabilities such as cashback, rewards, expense management, and card controls for B2B and B2C use cases.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive user journeys for card issuance and management.
  • Manage relationships with card schemes (e.g., Visa), processors, and vendors to align product capabilities.
  • Lead the delivery of card programs across APAC, EMEA, and North America, including PRDs and compliance documentation.
  • Define and track product success metrics to drive growth and improve unit economics.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience as a Product Manager or Product Lead.
  • Strong experience in card issuing across B2B and/or B2C environments.
  • Deep understanding of card lifecycle, processing, and scheme requirements.
  • Experience working across global card programs in APAC, EMEA, and North America.
  • Ability to translate user needs into product features while balancing technical constraints and commercial outcomes.
