What you will do

• Prototype and implement gameplay systems and mechanics using Unreal Engine Blueprints.
• Serve as the technical link between Game Design and Engineering to ensure scalability and feasibility.
• Develop reusable gameplay setups and tools to streamline content creation for designers.
• Collaborate with Engineering to optimize features for PC and consoles.
• Debug and iterate on gameplay systems throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Maintain clear documentation of technical systems and implementation guidelines.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Technical or Gameplay Designer in the video game industry.
• Strong proficiency with Unreal Engine and Blueprint implementation workflows.
• Solid understanding of systemic design, player interaction, and game feel.
• Experience optimizing gameplay features for multiple platforms (PC, consoles).
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Must be based in Uruguay, Peru, Chile, or Argentina.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping at least one multiplatform title.
• Knowledge of UE systems such as AI, animation blueprints, physics, UI, or networking.
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge.
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) environments.
