Requirements

• Must possess valid U.S. work authorization (Sponsorship available exclusively for Principal-level roles).
• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience, Master's with 5+ years, or PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, C#, or similar.
• Experience in UI automation for desktop-based applications using tools like Ranorex, Appium, Katalon, or Squish.
• Proven experience in test automation within robotics or related high-performance industries.
• Knowledge of Medical Product verification standards, including IEC-62304 and FDA guidance.

Nice to have

• Experience with QT/QML.
• Proficiency with software version control systems such as Git.
• Experience using test case management tools like Polarion, TFS, TestRail, or JAMA.
• Ability to debug hardware using oscilloscopes and function generators.
• Experience working within an Agile development environment.
