TL;DR

Frontend Engineer (Vue.js): Enhancing frontend platforms by migrating legacy systems to Vue 3 and improving performance and scalability with an accent on e-commerce user experience. Focus on migrating codebases from Twig/Vue 2 to Vue 3, transitioning build tooling to Vite, and integrating GraphQL APIs.

Location: Must be based in Germany (Berlin or Remote)

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain reusable, high-quality Vue.js components and user interfaces.
  • Migrate the codebase from legacy systems (Twig and Vue 2) to Vue 3.
  • Transition build tooling from Webpack to Vite to optimize development workflows.
  • Integrate GraphQL APIs for efficient data fetching and seamless communication.
  • Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, clean architecture, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers in an agile environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Developer.
  • Proficiency in Vue.js (2/3), TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Experience with Webpack, Vite, Git, and GraphQL API integration.
  • Experience building responsive web applications for scalable e-commerce platforms.
  • Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
