What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable computational pipelines for high-throughput genomic data.
• Collaborate with experimentalists and product teams to define computational requirements for new genomic assays.
• Lead computational analysis of complex datasets to validate product performance and refine analytical methods.
• Act as a technical bridge between research laboratories and software engineering teams.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Bioinformatics, Physics, or a related field.
• Strong computational and data analysis skills.
• Experience developing software in one or more modern programming languages.
• Must be able to work on-site in Burlington, MA.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
