What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable computational pipelines for high-throughput genomic data.
- Collaborate with experimentalists and product teams to define computational requirements for new genomic assays.
- Lead computational analysis of complex datasets to validate product performance and refine analytical methods.
- Act as a technical bridge between research laboratories and software engineering teams.
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Bioinformatics, Physics, or a related field.
- Strong computational and data analysis skills.
- Experience developing software in one or more modern programming languages.
- Must be able to work on-site in Burlington, MA.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
