About Sumw GroupSumw Group is seeking a highly motivated and tech-driven AI Automation Systems Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about artificial intelligence, workflow automation, operational efficiency, and integrating smart systems that improve business performance across departments. The ideal candidate is someone who understands both the technical and strategic side of automation and can independently build, optimize, and manage AI-powered systems that support marketing, operations, customer service, sales, and internal workflows. Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage AI-driven automation systems for internal operations and client-related processes.
• Develop automated workflows using platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, or similar tools.
• Integrate AI tools and APIs including OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other automation technologies.
• Create and optimize AI assistants, chatbots, and smart workflows.
• Connect CRM systems, websites, forms, databases, and communication platforms into unified automated ecosystems.
• Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot issues when needed.
• Improve operational efficiency by reducing repetitive manual tasks.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, media, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in AI automation, workflow systems, or process optimization.
• Strong understanding of automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar.
• Experience working with AI tools, APIs, and integrations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and cloud-based platforms.
• Basic understanding of databases, webhooks, APIs, and logic structures.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple systems remotely.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
