What you will do

• Own end-to-end design flows from discovery and concept exploration to final UX and post-launch iteration.
• Design AI-assisted workflows and experiences that help advertisers create and optimize campaigns.
• Define how AI guidance, automation, and intelligent product behaviors are integrated across the platform.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, R&D teams, and business stakeholders to define product direction.
• Simplify complex, data-rich B2B workflows into intuitive and scalable user experiences.
• Use user insights, research, and product data to continuously improve experiences for advertisers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Experience designing complex B2B, workflow-heavy, or data-rich systems.
• Proven track record in designing AI-assisted or automation-based product experiences.
• Strong understanding of scalable UX patterns, interaction design, and information hierarchy.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Tel Aviv office (hybrid schedule).

Nice to have

• Experience conducting UX research, usability testing, or data-informed product discovery.
• Experience working on AI-native products or agent-based experiences.
