What you will do

• Lead cybersecurity tool data calls and technical assessments with customer programs.
• Analyze configurations, logs, integrations, usage metrics, and tool performance.
• Identify redundancies, underutilized features, and develop optimization recommendations.
• Map integrations between SIEM, SOAR, ticketing, and threat intel tools.
• Document findings, support validation workshops, and contribute to reports.
• Architect solutions with company products, create design documents, and guide clients through onboarding.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of NIST frameworks, federal security policies, and CISA guidance.
• Experience with cloud/hybrid architectures (AWS, Azure, on-prem).
• Hands-on with SOC tools: SIEMs, EDRs/XDRs, vulnerability scanners, network security.
• Proficiency in network security, IAM, log sources, data pipelines, security telemetry.
• Experience troubleshooting integrations, performance issues, and Federal compliance.
• Relevant certifications (Security+, GCED, GCIA, vendor certs) preferred.
