What you will do

• Write well-designed, testable, and scalable code for mission-critical payment systems.
• Participate in the full development cycle from sprint planning to release.
• Build and maintain high-load systems that handle massive scale.
• Troubleshoot production issues using metrics, alerts, monitoring, and profiling.
• Contribute to seamless scaling and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with development teams and product owners to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements

• Strong Java Core expertise (Java 8+) with a proven track record in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in multithreading and high-load systems architecture.
• Solid SQL knowledge and database optimization skills.
• Strong experience with Docker and the containerization ecosystem.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with production monitoring tools.
• Strong English communication skills in speaking and writing.

Nice to have

• Experience with Clickhouse, GCP, or the Kafka ecosystem.
• Knowledge of ElasticSearch, Ebean, Protobuf, or InfluxDB/Grafana.
• Experience with Google Services integration, SPA, or modern mobile/web technologies.
• Previous experience in the fintech domain.
