TL;DR

What you will do

• Technically lead the team of software engineers, making technical decisions to define software and architectural solutions.
• Develop and test object-oriented C++ applications using structured methodology in an Agile environment.
• Contribute to defining requirements for safety applications and product development.
• Mentor individual contributors to grow the team, develop talent, and retain top performers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of development experience in C/C++ environments.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles and patterns.
• Experience with version control (Git, Perforce, SVN), issue tracking (JIRA), and CI/CD DevOps practices in Windows and Linux.
• Familiarity with Python, TCL, or other scripting languages.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in cross-disciplinary work to solve complex challenges and passion for building and leading teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Qt framework.
• Previous experience leading a software development team.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs for desktop applications.
