What you will do

• Lead test organization on manual and automated testing for multi-platform social and casual games
• Design and develop test plans, test cases, BVT tests from specs, and test automation framework
• Work closely with QA, Producers, Development, and mobile outsource teams to identify issues
• Lead/run BVT, test cases, automated tests for new features/games, regression, load/performance/stress tests
• Drive overall quality metrics and create internal processes for development testing and post-launch updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 7+ years in software testing, test planning, test case design
• 3+ years in HTML5, JavaScript, and/or Java programming
• 3+ years supervisory/management experience
• Automated test development experience
• Experience with test methodologies, agile processes, UI/functional/integration testing, bug tracking systems
• Detail-oriented with natural issue identification skills; completed at least two full software development cycles

Nice to have

• Experience collaborating in design and test process reviews
• Building automated tests in HTML5/JavaScript
• Strong test aptitude, customer focus, games experience
• Love playing social games and finding defects
