What you will do

• Identify and improve friction points across the patient journey from signup, consult, onboarding to ongoing engagement
• Support consult experience improvements to reduce drop-off and ensure right treatment at right time
• Analyze patient and operational data to spot trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, product, and support teams to design and implement scalable processes
• Action audit findings, triage serious clinical incidents, and enhance patient safety and outcomes
• Build workflows, SOPs, and monitor metrics including conversion, adherence, retention, and safety

Requirements

• Analytical thinking combined with hands-on execution
• Experience working cross-functionally with clinical and operational teams
• Understanding of patient safety, clinical workflows, and operational efficiency
• Ability to triage incidents and support risk mitigation
• Comfort with data analysis and process design
