What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of internal agent libraries and a central agent runtime for deployment and monitoring.
• Develop agent loops, including prompt orchestration, tool invocation, sub-agent delegation, and recovery behaviors.
• Architect the agent memory layer, managing conversation history, context chaining, episodic memory, and RBAC.
• Establish an evaluation discipline using golden traces, regression evals, and CI gates for LLM systems.
• Build scalable backend services and secure RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI with strong data modeling.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, SRE, and game teams to translate production workflows into agentic solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience building production applications, with recent depth in AI/LLM-based systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy).
• Solid database skills across relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational systems (MongoDB, vector databases).
• Proven experience designing and operating agent loops and prompting strategies in production environments.
• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, or Pydantic AI.
• Strong written and verbal English communication is required.

Nice to have

• Experience running local LLMs via vLLM, Ollama, or llama.cpp.
• Familiarity with open-source agent harnesses like OpenCode or OpenClaw.
• Experience with agent development frameworks beyond the prototype stage.
