What you will do
- Conduct cold calls and prospecting to identify potential clients
- Prepare presentations and commercial proposals
- Analyze market trends and monitor competitors
- Participate in candidate search, pre-selection, and recruitment strategy definition
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on efficient recruitment processes
- Assist in onboarding new team members and organizing internal events
Requirements
- Eligible for extracurricular or Master’s internship agreement
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- English and Italian fluent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
- Strong communication skills, dynamic, proactive, eager to learn
- Interest in sales, recruitment, and consulting; thrive in multicultural fast-paced environment
