What you will do
- Produce end-to-end content for employer branding, from conceptualization and storytelling to filming and editing.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to develop campaigns and narratives that attract top talent for specific roles and regions.
- Manage the full technical production of weekly company-wide livestreams, including AV setup and real-time direction.
- Maintain a consistent visual and narrative identity across LinkedIn, YouTube, and the company careers page.
- Direct the visual experience and handle on-the-spot troubleshooting for corporate events.
- Track content performance to optimize audience engagement and resonance.
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating storytelling through video, photography, or social campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with livestreaming production (OBS, Zoom, microphones, cameras, and capture cards).
- Proficiency in professional editing software (Premiere, After Effects) and mobile tools (CapCut).
- Ability to translate brand strategy into high-impact visual content.
- English: Intermediate level required.
- Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
