What you will do

• Review and negotiate trading and financing documentation.
• Manage general commercial contracts across the firm.
• Provide legal advice to key stakeholders across the group.
• Participate in business expansion and new initiatives.

Requirements

• J.D. or Bachelor of Laws degree from an accredited university.
• Professional legal qualification from US or common law jurisdiction.
• Technical knowledge of prime brokerage, equity derivatives, and APAC market structure.
• 7-12 years of post-qualification experience in financial services.
• Must work full-time from the centrally located office in Hong Kong.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial markets and asset management industry.
• Familiarity with employment law.
• Spoken and written Mandarin and Cantonese.
