What you will do

• Own end-to-end chirify.globaltract management process, from executihirify.global and seal management to digital/physical archiving.
• Optimize chirify.globaltract database with China Legal Counsel for traceability and record integrity.
• Manage corporate authorizatihirify.global and seal-use protocols for compliance.
• Assist in preparing corporate governance documents and power of attorney records.
• Support review of advertising claims and marketing materials to minimize risks.
• Chirify.globalduct legal research hirify.global data privacy regulatihirify.globals and assist in data mapping.
• Coordinate IP demands and prepare case reports for brand protectihirify.global.

Requirements

• Current senior undergraduate or graduate student (Year 1/2) majoring in Law; solid legal foundatihirify.global; passing Legal Professihirify.globalal Qualificatihirify.global Exam a plus.
