What you will do

• Assist in management and updates of BMS systems with external specialists.
• Support maintenance planning, cost tracking, technical documentation, and multi-year BMS integration plans.
• Define BMS policies, SOPs, system specifications, and integrate BIM in facility management.
• Collaborate with ICT team on configurations, security protocols, IoT platforms, and data analysis.
• Verify software logic, train technicians, interact with contractors, log faults, and troubleshoot issues.
• Optimize BMS technologies for efficiency, security, and energy improvements.

Requirements

• Technical diploma.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BMS systems.
• Familiarity with Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
• Fluent in Italian (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.

Nice to have

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related).
• Knowledge of ICT frameworks, security standards, BIM in facility management.
• Experience with SIEMENS, Schneider, Trend, or ISMA BMS systems.
• Previous experience in research/hospital/university environments.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
