What you will do

• Work closely with quant trading team to monitor production systems, generate and verify orders, and ensure timely market execution.
• Support daily trading by monitoring services, responding to incidents, and coordinating resolutions with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain scripts/tools for monitoring, alerting, reporting, and automation to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Contribute to operational excellence via documentation, runbooks, post-incident reviews, and process improvements.
• Follow DevOps practices including incident management, change control, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong sense of ownership, proactive, detail-oriented, reliable; must fully comply with regulations.
• Production mindset with end-to-end system understanding, swift issue resolution, and good judgment.
• Willing to work shifts including public holidays across global market hours.
• Coding/scripting experience focused on support tools and automation.
• Willingness to learn programming, trading domain, and quant execution knowledge.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Python for scripts and reporting.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus.
• Basic Linux operations and relational databases.
• OOP, unit tests, development tools, documentation.
• Excel, VBA, cloud (AWS), CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Financial background.
