What you will do

  • Research potential clients and markets to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Execute personalized outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn using multi-step sequences.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline in HubSpot from first contact to deal progression.
  • Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads using frameworks like BANT, SPIN, or MEDDIC.
  • Collaborate with PMs and Art Directors to provide client context and discuss project estimations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or outbound business development.
  • Proven track record of working with international clients.
  • Proficiency in prospecting and managing multi-step cold outreach sequences.
  • Experience with CRM systems, specifically HubSpot.
  • English: C1 (Advanced) level required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in iGaming, SaaS, or IT outsourcing.
  • Familiarity with industry events like ICE, SBC, G2E, or SiGMA.
  • Knowledge of slot development and game production.
  • Experience with qualification frameworks such as BANT, SPIN, or MEDDIC.
