Location: On-site in Malaysia (Penang base), only open to Malaysian citizens. Medium in-country travel required, possess driver's license.

What you will do

• Install and commission automated storage systems.
• Provide customer service, basic training, and respond to service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues with high first-time fix rate.
• Escalate complex problems and contribute to team development.
• Maintain PPE, quality standards, and accurate reporting/inventory.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related.
• Min 7 years experience, last 5 in field service.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Working knowledge of electrical, IT networking, computers, and software.
• Logical fault analysis, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and beyond hours.
• Malaysian citizen only, driver's license.
