What you will do

• Lead testing of storage features by participating in product design and building comprehensive test strategies.
• Review feature designs and provide feedback to the development team to improve product quality and testability.
• Devise cross-functional, system, and stress testing strategies to identify product vulnerabilities.
• Develop test cases for new features and regression testing in close collaboration with developers.
• Collaborate with the tools team to implement test automation for various product features.
• Interface with the Customer Support team to reproduce and debug customer-reported issues in-house.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science with 10+ years of experience or MS in Computer Science with 8+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with NFS/SMB protocols and NAS File system testing.
• Proficiency across multiple operating systems: Linux, Windows, and VMWare.
• Software test development experience utilizing Python and shell scripting.
• Experience with packet capture tools such as Wireshark and tcpdump.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
