What you will do

• Ensure seamless 24/7 live casino operations across all studios and markets.
• Optimize cost structures, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to reduce operational expenses.
• Maximize revenue generation through table performance optimization and capacity utilization.
• Lead incident management, escalation handling, and rapid resolution processes.
• Ensure full adherence to gaming regulations, licensing requirements, and internal policies.
• Execute scalable operational models for new studio launches and market expansion.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operations within high-volume, 24/7 environments.
• Crucial experience in live casino or similar real-time operations.
• Proven track record in cost optimization and operational efficiency.
• Experience managing large, shift-based teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on metrics, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bucharest.
