What you will do

• Identify product optimization opportunities and define requirements based on user feedback, data analysis, and growth objectives.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to drive end-to-end product delivery.
• Own GTM strategy for new feature launches, including user communication, promotion, and performance tracking.
• Plan and execute product campaigns to boost user activity and engagement.
• Define and analyze core product metrics to surface actionable insights for optimization.
• Manage daily operations, including content governance and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product operations or a related role.
• Crypto/Web3 industry experience is required.
• Must be based in Asia.
• Fluent written and spoken English as a working language.
• Strong data analysis skills with hands-on experience using analytics tools.
• Proven ability to independently plan and execute growth initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience with trading products.
• Experience with social or content platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL.
