What you will do

• Perform physical implementation for high-speed digital DDR PHY IP.
• Develop scripts and tools to optimize and enhance the current PD design flow.
• Solve design issues and establish flows to prevent recurrence.
• Analyze PPA optimization methodologies and implement optimal parameters for various projects.

Requirements

• BS with minimum 4 years of experience or MS with minimum 2 years of experience.
• Strong experience in digital physical design, including Floorplan, CTS, STA, Physical verification, and Power analysis.
• Solid background in circuits, electronics, and physics.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, TCL, Perl, C shell, or Makefile.
• Experience with EDA tools like Innovus, ICC, Calibre, Tempus, and PrimeTime.
