What you will do

  • Design and build large-scale distributed systems based on microservices architecture.
  • Write clean, reusable code utilizing TDD, pair programming, and established design patterns.
  • Advocate for and implement continuous delivery and DevSecOps practices to shift security left.
  • Collaborate with analysts, designers, and project managers to deliver innovative customer experiences and interactive prototypes.
  • Act as a technical mentor for junior consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and respectful debate.
  • Apply latest industry trends from the Technology Radar to solve complex client challenges.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience as a Senior Fullstack Developer specializing in Node.js and React.
  • Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and writing high-quality, well-tested code.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including XP, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Strong awareness of TDD, continuous integration, and continuous delivery tools.
  • Ability to influence others and advocate for technical excellence in ambiguous situations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with OOP languages such as Java or Kotlin.
  • Working knowledge of cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  • Active involvement in the external tech community via blogs, open source, or speaking engagements.
