What you will do

• Oversee episode approvals and maintain production standards across the core podcast suite, including Advisory Opinions and The Remnant.
• Review rough cuts and provide constructive editorial and production feedback before publication.
• Coordinate daily production logistics, including scheduling, booking, and post-production handoffs.
• Manage a roster of freelance editors, engineers, and producers, providing clear assignment briefs and tracking deliverables.
• Travel for live events and field shoots, managing on-site recording workflows, gear, and guest needs.
• Develop new multimedia formats and translate creative direction into practical production plans and budgets.

Requirements

• Strong experience producing podcasts, video, radio, or digital journalism.
• Excellent editorial judgment with a focus on structure, pacing, and audience experience.
• Proficiency in production tools such as Riverside, Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere, and Descript.
• Ability to manage multiple shows, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating freelancers, vendors, and field productions.
• Willingness to travel as needed for live events and special recordings.
