What you will do

• Define and evolve the company’s multi-platform design system across web and mobile applications.
• Design and implement reusable, accessible, and scalable UI components using React and React Native.
• Build and optimize design-to-code workflows by integrating tools like Figma and AI-assisted platforms.
• Establish scalable system architecture, governance models, and adoption strategies.
• Lead migration efforts from legacy UI patterns toward shared system components.
• Mentor designers and engineers on design system best practices and scalable implementation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in front-end, design, or creative engineering.
• Strong track record of building and scaling design systems and component libraries across multiple teams.
• Deep expertise in React (Web) and React Native ecosystems.
• Expertise in typography, motion, interaction design, and visual systems.
• Experience implementing design-to-code pipelines and design tokens.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer platforms, marketplaces, or e-commerce products.
• Familiarity with Storybook and visual regression testing tools.
• Experience with accessibility frameworks such as React Aria.
• Exposure to AI-native development environments and workflows.
