What you will do

• Take full ownership of the technical direction and execution, from early pilots to full-scale deployment.
• Design and shape platform models and architecture, including data curation, contextualization, and ML pipelines.
• Build a system combining physics-based models and live sensor data to provide real-time operational recommendations.
• Lead the engineering team and establish the bar for technical excellence as the company scales.
• Collaborate with the CEO to expand the platform's application across various unit operations and process industries.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in at least two of: physics-informed models, time-series, reinforcement learning, or agentic systems.
• Proven track record of deploying ML products in messy, real-world industrial environments.
• Experience turning raw sensor data into reliable training sets through curation and plant-graph contextualization.
• Based in Europe (preference for France or Switzerland).
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take full ownership in a co-founder role.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working in process industries with a hands-on understanding of industrial data stacks (OPC UA, SCADA, MES, ERP).
• Knowledge of data compliance standards (GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001) and industrial safety frameworks (IEC 61508, ATEX, GxP).
