What you will do

• Lead design and architecture of software solutions meeting business and engineering standards.
• Mentor engineers and support the team to improve skills and output.

Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering experience leading complex projects
• Solid foundation in software design, distributed systems, and best practices
• Clear communication across engineers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Bias toward action, ownership, and low tolerance for complexity
• Experience with C# .NET (backend APIs), Angular (frontend), Azure
• DevOps skills: bug fixing, testing, user support, security focus
