Global Product Manager (IoT Connectivity)

Location: Sant Joan Despí (hybrid: 3 days remote per week, office attendance required). Easy access by public transport.

What you will do

• Deliver standard solution portfolios and roadmaps for Connectivity market aligned with overall product strategy on 1-3+ year horizon.
• Act as Product Owner for dedicated Connectivity solutions like IoTgo® Control and IoT Sm@rtSIM®.
• Create and steer roadmaps, project plans, and technical concepts from end-to-end product lifecycle perspective, including R&D budget and cost targets.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and collaborate with delivery and operations for release planning.
• Coordinate R&D and operations, define project KPIs such as costs and timelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with key technology partners, telecommunication suppliers, and MNOs.

Requirements

• University degree in network engineering, telecommunications, engineering, or related IoT field.
• 3-5 years relevant experience in IoT connectivity, including product management, professional services, or solution architecture.
• Experience interacting with R&D, operations, and IT; strong project management track record in telecommunications or IT.
• Solution architecture knowledge in software, telecom, semiconductor, or OEM industries.
• Understanding of IT, cloud technologies, security systems, agile development, DevOps, and service operations.
• Fluent written and spoken English; strong communication, presentation, and cross-cultural teamwork skills.
