What you will do

• Manage onboarding of merchants, business, individual, and crypto clients including KYC/KYB procedures.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate agreements and onboarding documentation.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely progress.
• Understand client business models, especially crypto use cases, and apply product knowledge.
• Work with Risk and AML teams for compliance, provide first-line approvals, and conduct due diligence.
• Support technical setups like terminal and account configuration, and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in onboarding, account management, or customer support, preferably in payments, acquiring, banking, financial services, or crypto.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to understand complex structures and assess business/risk picture.
• Flexible mindset for fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of crypto, blockchain-based products, or virtual asset services.
