What you will do

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, translating business goals into actionable solution designs.
• Design and implement end-to-end data solutions, including agentic systems and RAGs, using hirify.global’s platform.
• Configure data labeling components, quality controls, and AI-driven tooling for AI training and evaluation.
• Run experiments and pilots to validate quality, throughput, and cost assumptions.
• Own delivery outcomes holistically, monitoring KPIs such as quality metrics and financial efficiency.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with support, infrastructure, and product teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical experience as a Solution Engineer, Data Scientist, Systems Analyst, or Technical Project Manager.
• Strong Python skills for data manipulation (NumPy, pandas) and building web services (FastAPI, Flask).
• Solid understanding of ML concepts, data workflows, and familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, ML/AI, Software Engineering, or a quantitative field.
• English: B2+ level required for communicating complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with crowdsourcing, expert workflows, or large-scale data labeling.
• Hands-on experience with ML training, evaluation, or agentic systems.
• Familiarity with quality frameworks, audits, or data validation pipelines.
