Finance Officer

What you will do

• Perform general bookkeeping, reconciliations, and ledger updates
• Prepare monthly management accounts, quarterly financial statements, and regulatory returns (COREP, VAT, FS5, etc.)
• Manage payroll, HR administration, invoices, expense reports, and day-to-day contact with service providers
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and cost-reduction opportunities
• Provide financial insights, assist with audits, and handle administrative matters
• Liaise with other departments and perform ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in client accounting/bookkeeping (financial services an asset); degree in Accountancy or ACCA qualified an asset
• Fluent in English
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to work unsupervised and under pressure
• Strong work ethic, initiative, and ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite, including Excel
