What you will do

• Design and develop backend solutions using Java and Oracle (SQL / PL/SQL).
• Build and maintain data integrations and data quality frameworks for mortgage data exchange.
• Support IT Risk & Security controls and contribute to audits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues using monitoring and alerting tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Java backend development.
• Strong expertise with Oracle RDBMS, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with data engineering, integration, and data quality.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in complex, regulated financial environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kafka (Streams, Connect, Schema Registry).
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and automation tools like Ansible.
• API development experience.
