What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end store operations from fulfillment to delivery across a group of stores.
• Lead, hire, and train a team of 6-8 Store Managers and Store Team Leads.
• Optimize store layouts and improve picking and packing costs to increase operational efficiency.
• Analyze demand forecasts to determine productivity requirements and meet business objectives.
• Drive the creation of shift schedules and implement quality and process change initiatives.
• Collaborate with inventory and commercial teams to develop optimal country-level operations.

Requirements

• Operations management experience in retail, distribution, or platform economy environments.
• Proven experience leading teams in store-based or similar operational roles.
• Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to think and act fast operationally with a strong eye for detail.
• Proactive, practical, and resilient attitude toward a high-growth, changing environment.
