Location: Hybrid; must be based in or able to work from the Prague office (though the company follows a Remote First policy).

What you will do

• Act as the first QA on the Personify team, owning and defining the overall testing strategy.
• Automate testing for both frontend and backend applications using Playwright.
• Integrate automated gates into CI/CD pipelines to ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with PMs, Designers, and other QA teams to refine technical design decisions.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor teammates to foster professional growth.
• Implement and explore AI tools to modernize and optimize testing workflows.

Requirements

• Professional experience in QA Automation or SDET roles.
• Expertise in building comprehensive test plans and strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright or Cypress for FE and BE automation.
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Must be located in or able to work from the Prague office to support in-person collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Shopify or general Ecommerce ecosystems.
• Familiarity with GitLab, Jest, and BrowserStack.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Kubernetes.
