What you will do

• Monitor and maintain accuracy and completeness of game information in internal systems
• Add new games from partner feeds and manage updates to existing entries
• Communicate with game providers on releases, technical updates, metadata, and graphic assets
• Upload, organize, and maintain game-related graphics in CDN/asset repository
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth information flow and timely releases

Requirements

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher
• Russian language skills at B1 level or higher
• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and Excel
