What you will do

• Manage multiple channels: generate content ideas, interact with followers, publish posts for Discord and Telegram communities.
• Handle account management: set up and maintain profiles, channels, and community structures.
• Create engaging content: craft posts, announcements, and activities tailored to audiences.
• Drive community engagement: communicate with users, moderate discussions, answer questions.
• Coordinate with design and media buying teams on visuals, promotions, and campaigns.
• Monitor metrics, prepare analytical reports, and collaborate across teams for user attraction and retention.

Requirements

• Experience managing Telegram and Discord communities.
• Skills in community management, audience engagement, and creating memes/viral content.
• Understanding of digital marketing and analytical tools.
• Creativity, exceptional communication, analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Canva, strong writing/copywriting skills.
• Good level of English.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish.
