🚀 We are hiring: Finance Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Specialist with strong accounting fundamentals and a solid understanding of financial reporting.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial data in 1C, ensuring data quality, and supporting reliable reporting processes. You will work with primary documentation, control accounting accuracy, and help ensure that financial data serves as a reliable foundation for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain primary accounting documentation in 1C
• Keep the 1C database accurate and up to date
• Verify correctness of accounting postings and consistency between documents and recorded transactions
• Ensure proper handling and control of primary documentation
• Support reliable financial reporting processes and data accuracy

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of financial statements:

P&L
Balance Sheet
Cash Flow

• Ability to prepare and/or deeply understand:

report structures
interconnections
validation methods

• Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and how transactions affect all three financial statements
• Knowledge of IFRS (practical experience is preferred; strong theoretical understanding is also acceptable)
• English level sufficient for reading professional materials and basic business communication, including phone calls

Nice to have:

• Experience working in Cyprus
• Knowledge of local payroll reporting and tax filing requirements
