What you will do

• Liaise between programming and design teams to bridge the gap between creative and technical requirements.
• Research and develop technical tools and art production workflows for the 3D art pipeline.
• Optimize asset performance, frame rates, and memory usage to ensure stability under game engine limits.
• Implement rendering techniques, develop custom shaders, and resolve material errors.
• Design character systems including skeletons, cloth, effect emitters, and ragdoll collisions.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure final art assets meet visual resolution standards.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of C# and general scripting skills.
• Solid understanding of art and animation pipelines, including rigging.
• Experience in digital art content creation: high/low-poly modeling, unwrapping, baking, and texturing.
• Proficiency with Maya, Unity3D, and Photoshop.
• Experience in physics simulations and shader development.
• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate communication between creative and technical teams.
