What you will do

• Review new content monthly and update recommendation training documentation for international clients.
• Communicate best practices for implementing large-scale learning plans using security awareness and compliance content.
• Analyze quarterly customer feedback and requests for new topics to inform content roadmaps.
• Provide training and guidance to staff and contractors producing or localizing content in other languages.
• Monitor regional compliance law updates and cultural expectations to ensure global content relevance.
• Contribute to the creation and support of diverse, equitable, and inclusive (DEI) content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Security Awareness, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Fluent in Japanese.
• Experience developing and updating technical or instructional documentation.
• Experience advising clients on the implementation of learning plans.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Docs, and web browsers.
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
