What you will do

• Drive user acquisition through pricing changes balancing LTV, conversion, and billings.
• Design, run, and analyze pricing experiments including A/B tests.
• Own end-to-end pricing changes from context assessment to implementation and validation, including campaign discounts.
• Monitor market and product performance with deep-dive analyses.
• Serve as main point of contact for pricing across Product, Marketing, and Finance.
• Identify growth opportunities and support product launches from pricing perspective.

Requirements

• Based in Poland
• Results-oriented and commercially minded with focus on revenue growth and business metrics.
• Highly data-driven with strong hypothesis testing and prioritization.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator able to influence without authority.
• Comfortable with risk, ambiguity, and ownership in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and/or Tableau for data exploration and dashboards.
• At least 2 years in pricing, analytics, or related role.
