What you will do

• Respond to product service alerts and incidents during shift rotations to ensure rapid resolution.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex production issues using Prometheus, Grafana, and Kibana.
• Perform regular maintenance of Linux servers to ensure peak performance.
• Continuously improve the tools and software stack for maximum efficiency.
• Optimize and automate infrastructure processes using Ansible and scripting.
• Analyze and document root causes of technical imperfections to prevent recurrence.

Requirements

• Experience in Linux system administration with a focus on monitoring-driven operations.
• Proficiency in diagnosing issues across OS, application, network, firewall, and service layers.
• Deep technical mindset with strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for clear alignment with all stakeholders.
• Proactive, team-oriented approach with ability to work in sync and async environments.
