TL;DR

Fullstack Developer (AI): Development of internal business applications and AI solutions for clinical research processes with an accent on C#/.NET and web technologies. Focus on architecting scalable systems, integrating AI initiatives, and optimizing database operations.

Location: Must be based in Lithuania (remote work within the country is available)

Salary: 3,200–5,000 EUR gross monthly (for Middle Developer)

A leading privately-owned Contract Research Organization (CRO) with 30 years of experience supporting global clinical trials in the pharmaceutical industry.

What you will do

  • Architect, develop, and maintain business applications for internal clients.
  • Process user requests to develop new features and provide support for existing IT systems.
  • Prepare technical documentation related to the development and maintenance of applications.
  • Execute and implement software tests and participate in code reviews.
  • Track development tasks and maintain standards within the department.
  • Research new system development technologies to advance professional skills.

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in computer science, software engineering, or a relevant discipline.
  • Full working proficiency in English.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies, including JavaScript (ES+).
  • Proficiency in C#, Microsoft .NET frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Knowledge of Transact-SQL, MS SQL functions, and stored procedures.
  • Must be based in Lithuania.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Neural Networks (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), NLP, or Computer Vision.
  • Python development experience.
  • Experience with Blazor.
