Salary: 3000-5000 EUR Gross/month

SpringWater (a sister company of hirify.global) operates FirstPromoter, a SaaS product in the affiliate marketing software space.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot integration issues, debug tracking and API problems, and guide users through complex technical setups.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party platforms to ensure reliable connectivity.
• Maintain and improve the help center, API documentation, and integration guides using articles and video tutorials.
• Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and screenshare with clarity and empathy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally by sharing structured customer feedback with product and development teams.
• Develop deep expertise in the affiliate and referral marketing industry.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably at a SaaS company.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and ability to debug using browser developer tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English (clear, professional, and warm tone).
• Based in Europe to align with the 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM EEST / EET time zone.
• Proactive and self-directed approach to identifying and solving problems.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with affiliate marketing, billing platforms, or subscription SaaS workflows.
• 1-2 years of experience with React or Vue.
• Server-side experience with Ruby/Rails.
• Experience with Intercom.
