Job Opportunity: Retention Agent — Portuguese Speaking

About the Role

3 positions available. Retention Agent for a licensed FX/CFD call centre in the Dominican Republic. Native/near-native Portuguese (EU or BR) mandatory. Spanish also required. $2,300 base + commissions — top performers earn $10,000+/month.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a retention, sales or customer success role — FX/CFD or financial services preferred
• Native or near-native Portuguese (European or Brazilian) — mandatory
• Spanish mandatory — required for all positions at this operation
• Working English required
• Strong persuasion, communication and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven with demonstrable experience hitting retention KPIs
• Willingness to relocate to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic
• Interview process conducted remotely — relocation required upon offer acceptance

Responsibilities

• Re-activate dormant clients and retain active depositors within the Portuguese-speaking book
• Manage an assigned client portfolio with regular structured outreach
• Present and explain trading products, promotions and market conditions
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly retention targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all client interactions
• Escalate complex or high-value cases to the Team Leader
